Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel is perfectly located for exploring downtown, with so many attractions within walking distance. The rooms were a luxurious haven with beautiful art and stunning views, though the dining options could use a bit more variety. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious and well-appointed, were not properly cleaned upon my return in the evening, which was a downside. However, the staff was friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cincinnati downtown, surrounded by restaurants and close to entertainment venues. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially at Metropole. The facilities were decent, but there were some lapses in cleanliness that could be improved upon.
The hotel had clean, modern, and spacious rooms, but the artwork was a bit strange. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but at times felt understaffed and overworked. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Cincinnati, with easy access to various attractions. The dining options were delicious but somewhat limited. Overall, it was a mixed experience with highlights in cleanliness and friendliness.
My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were not only beautiful and clean but also very comfortable, and I'll definitely come back again. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was simply perfect, especially if you appreciate art and enjoy the comfiest beds ever. However, the dining experience could be more creative, and the facilities could use some improvement.
